A word is worth eleven pictures

In response to the daily prompt:

Pick a random word and do a Google image search on it. Check out the eleventh picture it brings up. Write about whatever that image brings to mind.

This is the eleventh image in a search for the word ‘metals’.Accenture-Metal-Tubing

I know this is a photograph of some flex metal conduit. That’s somewhat boring. However if I let my mind wander out of the realm of what I know to be true I can come up with some far more interesting definitions for this image.

Perhaps it is a macro image of the small rolling creases along the lower edge of a silver dragon’s eye. Maybe it is rows of kernels from some new breed of corn. A visual representation of the sound of a didgeridoo is another possibility.

It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. An image like this is also worth a thousand interpretations.

What are some of yours?
